After a long, and arduous process from DNR permitting to annexation, we have completed construction and have formally opened for member use. You may have noticed that the business plan was changed from an upscale daily fee golf course to a private non equity refundable club. The name Dragon was dropped, and we are now The Legend at Brandybrook. The original construction budget was increased by close to 5 million dollars with the decision to develop a private club versus an upscale daily fee golf course.
The Legend is the only fully private club offering 100% refundable membership initiation deposits in metro Milwaukee.

Fully subscribed, The Legend will serve 350 refundable golf members, 200 refundable athletic members and approximately 50 social members. Social memberships are non-refundable. Athletic members have restricted access to tee times subject to the current guest policy.
